Grape Variety: 100% Organic grapes of Garnacha Tintorera.

Field: Vineyards over 30 years old. 15 hl/ha. average yield. Selection of vineyards by plots.

Elaboration: Selected grapes harvested in boxes. Vinification in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Time in Barrel: malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Pairing: Salads, vegetables, rice, pasta, soups, sweet desserts and pastries.
