Ageing: Aged in French, American, and Hungarian Oak Barrels during 12 months. Followed by 8 months in concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes: Cherry red with violet edge color, with aroma of berries, very clean toasted wood, balsamic, mineral. On the palate, soft and delicate touch, good balance and acidity with notes of fruit and minerality.
