General Information

Truffle Manchego is made from pasteurised sheep's milk and has a soft and dense texture with crushed black truffles. An elegant, very well balanced cheese with sweet,creamy and mushroomy flavours and an intense aromatic flavour.

The designation queso manchego is protected under Spain's denominación de origen regulatory classification system, and the cheese has been granted Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status by the European Union.
