Variety:  60% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo and 10% Parellada

Alcohol%: 11.5%

Tasting Notes: It shows a bright golden straw color with a small and continuous bubble, very well integrated and with a fine crown. It is a noble, evolved and harmonious Cava. Its body and pleasant acidity on the palate is the distinguishing feature that makes it unique and memorable. We find notes of wine presses and hints of dried fruits and brioche.

Pairing: It is the ideal Cava for the most demanding palates and will make you enjoy even more the most hearty dishes. Fish and seafood, spicy dishes, meats with sauces, pasta dishes (especially creamy ones) as well as appetizers and starters.
