VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES: Selected Chardonnay vineyards to obtain equilibrated and high-quality wine. In appearance we find a golden yellow with some green tones. On the nose, delicate mature fruit and citrus aromas with a good balance of the toasted and pastry aromas. On the palate its ample, fresh and tasty. A very gastronomic wine to pair with stews, white meat, fish, rice any style and blue and goat cheese

WINEMAKING: The malolactic fermentation and aging on lees in 300L French oak barrels during 4 months. The other part fermented and aged on lees in a stainless-steel tank at a low temperature. Before bottling it was clarified, stabilized and filtered.
