Tasting Notes: A sparkling white wine that is lemony in colour with hints of green. The naturally produced, low-temperature carbon dioxide can be deduced from the fineness of the ring of bubbles at the top of the glass. It is fruity, fresh, floral, with a suggestion of aniseed, with a mousse that is fine, creamy and long-lasting.

Varietal: 30% Macabeo, 30% Parellada, 45% Xarel·lo.

Alcohol: 11.5%

Pairing: The wine can be enjoyed with food, as an aperitif or on its own. It is just right with dishes like baked salmon, scallops, chicken, pasta dishes, rice dishes or a cool summer salad.
