GRAPE VARIETY: Monastrell of Ecological crop
COLOR: Intense cherry with purple trim
AROMA: Ripe red fruit, along with floral tones, Mediterranean mound and mineral touches
PALATE: Alive, clean and fleshy, good fruitiness, juicy, kind of balanced and sweet, with pleasant persistence
Vinifacation and Ageing
The facilities of the winery guarantee the separation of grapes and wines from organic farming. Fermentation in a period of 6 to 8 days at a controlled temperature not exceeding 24ºC and maceration in contact with the skins between 2 and 4 days.
Paring
Soft salads, vegetable stew, pork, chicken and grilled veal. White and blue fish, rice and Italian pasta. Cheeses short and medium cure.

Tasting notes
Bright and clean, mid-depth ruby red color and purple hue. Intense aroma with hints of ripe berries. Soft and velvety an the palate, perfect balance between tannins and acidity, round and long finish.
