Organic subscriber. Integrated agriculture cultivation.

Development

Traditional method, 100% destemmed.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels, 30% new French oak.
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% barrels 'of a wine'.

Tasting note

Intense cherry colour. Aroma of fruit in liqueur, plum, aniseed, brandy, roasted, coffee. On the palate it is liqueury, creamy, aromatic, with sweet tannin, friendly mid palate. Pleasant warmth and fine woods.
